We collect the details needed to arrange travel: your name, contact information, passport details, travel dates, dietary or accessibility needs, and payment references. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

How we use your information
Your information is used to prepare quotes, book flights, hotels, visas and transport, and to support you during travel. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve our services.
Sharing with suppliers
To fulfil a booking we share only the minimum necessary details with airlines, hotels, insurers, consulates and ground partners. Suppliers may be located in the country you are travelling to.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to remember your currency, language and saved trips, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help travellers most. You can change your cookie preferences at any time.
Retention
Booking records are kept for seven years to meet accounting and licensing obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to hello@wandernest.travel and we respond within 30 days.
Security
Access to traveller records is restricted to consultants working on your booking, protected by individual accounts and audit logging.
